I wrote this poem in a time when I was really discouraged and it seemed like God was the only one who understood. God is So awesome!

Not Alone

When loneliness besets you
And love seems out of sight
Don't forget that God is love
And love will win the fight

When discouragement rides with you
And tears well up inside
Then take the wings he's offered
The pain will leave your side

E'en in your dark and lonely hour
When all around is pain
This lesson God has set you
This darkness is your gain.
