The Christian Poet

Frances H. Jordan

About this Christian Poet:
France H. Jordan went home to be with her Lord at the age of 90 on Jan 8th, 2008 after a long battle with Alzhiemer's. This poem was submitted in heer memory by her daughter, Nancy Hammond.

I'm Not Lonely

When everyone has gone away
And I am left to face the day
Alone and lonely
I send a little prayer above
And He sends down His warm sweet love
And I'm not lonely

And even when they're all at home
Sometimes I still feel all alone
Alone and lonely
I speak to Him a little prayer
Somehow He lets me know He's there
And I'm not lonely
